What breed is this Fair Rooster?

This guy & his buddy were obviously someones fair birds from this year. I ended up with both because I wanted the frizzled ameracauna-looking one but I dunno what this guy is & i would like to rehome him.. sure hes a purebred though. any ideas?

hes bantam sized & Gorgeous! (looks like a small RIR with a round tail)

Yeah I can't really tell what color pattern he has with that photo, but I'm going with Partridge Rock.
