Not sure of the breed but I agree with Break and Egg on the pullet. I don't see any pointed hackel feathers or any saddle feathers. Very pretty though.

I'm still learning, not sure if it is male or female. But, I have another one just like it, but with a different feather pattern, it is lighter. This one is always fighting with the other ones that look like roosters so I just assumed it must be a him. I will post picture of the other chick later.
 
It is definitely a male. That coloration is a male thing in Partridge and Wheaten birds. I think it is a Cochin mix or perhaps a mix of different color Cochins (Partridge X Buff). Beautiful bird!

To me, it looks like maybe some Faverolle mixed in with it too and maybe it just didn't get the extra toe or something.

But I am probably wrong.
 
Let me quess.............. you got it from a feed store or farm store who order from hatchery stock and it doesn't look like anything it's supposed to look like.......... right LOL.
