Thanks for all the replies! After reviewing all the suggestions and looking for other pics on the internet, I do believe she is a Silver Leghorn. My friend got his flock from a local breeder of egg layers. A rare show bird is highly unlikely! Now I need to figure out where to get more of them in my area.

Does like like Silver Grey Dorking, but that seems similar to a Silver Leghorn. What differentiates the two?

It is a silver duckwing leghorn. A dorking would have white legs.

Dorkings also have short legs in proportion to the body, and five toes.
