I don’t see a silkie in that picture. Are you referring to the blue crested hen?

IDK? lol. The larger one in the picture. I got her from my mom. I know the father was a silkie. Not certain how to tell myself. I know her feathers are super soft!

She looks like a silkie mix, not a purebred Silkie. You can tell because she’s smooth-feathered, not silkie-feathered.

Also, the one with the dark feathers has had these white spots on her feathers show up over the past week or so. Any ideas?
