Hello, I’ve seen this rooster a couple times now and curious as to what breed he is...?

Can you get a full body picture including his legs/feet? That picture isn’t enough to narrow down his breed.

In that case, I’d say there’s a good chance he’s a columbian rock, light sussex, or red sexlink.
