What breed is this? Is it just a mixed breed?

I don't think she is a Welsummer, she lays almost white eggs.

It is not a leghorn anyway, it has red earlobes and a leghorn would lay a completely white egg. Could you get a picture of it standing up, that would help

She is a bantam

My guess is old English game bantam or a cross of that breed.
