What breed is this little girl?

Anyone know if this could possibly be a bantam RIR? Or could it be something else? We received all of them in the same shipment. She just so much smaller, different color and her comb and waddle are different and much more red.

Hmmm, supposed to be all girls but then again they only guaranteed 95% sexing. I really hope not though.
