What breed is this? Meyer Meal Maker

My Dark Cornish weren't stellar layers, but decent enough. They're wonderful foragers, will find a lot of their food if it's there to be found. They also make good broody mommas. If you're not interested in brooding chicks, you should be able to sell her to someone who wants a dedicated broody hen.
 
I agree MegC's bird looks like a dark cornish. I have one from Murray Mcmurray who is 5 months. She's a nice calm bird who enjoys foraging, even in our cold weather. Yours looks like a pullet so far. My birds legs looked off until 4 months of age. Now they're clearly yellow like they should be. Your bird is still young, plenty of time to mature.
 
Here are some updated pictures. Is the consensus still a dark Cornish? What's going on with those two tail feathers?

Unless she pops out a blue/green egg in the next few months, I'd say Dark Cornish. And the tail feathers are molting out. Juveniles go through several molts until they are about months old.
