What breed is this pullet?

I'm a newbie to the chicken scene. I just started my first flock June 27th.
They are growing so quickly and seem very healthy.

I am having some trouble identifying some of the breeds I have.
Perhaps someone can help.

Looks like a few feathers on the legs, maybe splash or blue* marans? Or a poorly (foot) feathered cochin? Do you know where she came from?

*Is she white with blue spots, or blue with blue spots. She would be splash if white based, and blue if blue based. Looks like blue in the pic.

I do think she is a Blue Splash Marans. I ordered a mix of nine day old chicks from mypetchicken.com.
Sadly, there was one dead in the box when they arrived. It was a little disturbing to my son, but my daughter was ok.
The remaining 8 are doing very well. I'll post more pic of the others soon, as I am not sure of the breed of some of them.
