Your second bird is a pullet. The white bird isnt' a broiler, he looks to be a leghorn cockerel--usually called a fryer.

A leghorn is smaller in lighter in weight, has white earlobes when full grown, and does not grow as quickly. Broiler chicks grow rapidly, become large and fat before they are eight weeks old, are often inactive, and have red earlobes.

As you can see, these birds look different than yours.

Your second bird is definitly a pullet but im not so sure about the first. i would say its a lohmann brown pullet not a roo
