What breed is this roo?

I got him last year from my local feed store but he came from a straight run batch from Ideal Poultry for $1.00. I think he is a Brown leghorn.

Definately not a Brown Leghorn-Leghorns have white ear lobes for one thing.
He's mostly in shadow so I can't really hazzard a guess as to what he is. From Ideal-who knows?

I'll try to get a better picture of him but unless he was an accident he should be a breed that Ideal sells.

He's a heck of a good-looking roo, no matter what he is. Are you keeping him?

Looks like a mix breed. I see the silver lacing in the chest too, so I'd say some of that in him. Not sure what else tho. Maybe it was supposed to be an Easter Egger except he doesn't have the pea comb that they typically do? He is very handsome and quite colorful.

We named him Duke cause he looks like a Dukes mixure.He has a very long crow as well as a real sweet boy.He's only 9 months old so he still has some maturing to do.He is pouting a litle right now because he was the head Rooster for a long time but he's been taken down a notch or too.I bet he would make some colorful chicks.
