Hi i've posted a pic of this roo once before but he was much younger.Can anyone please tell me what breed he is? thank you

he is the roo in my profile pic on the right hand side last time i put him on BYC the people said he is a white sussex

leghorn's normally have white ear lobes don't they

thats what i was wondering ive heard of white sussex but they are very rare

Not a leghorn it's not 'light' enough, White Sussex would be my best guess.
