What Breed is this Rooster?

Hello,
The rooster isn't mine, but I love him and would like to find a similar one to him in the future. He has feathered feet (not sure if you can tell from the photos). Any ideas on breed(s)?

Thank you all for the replies. I hope to find a standard sized rooster, but they have so many more color options in bantam sizes it would seem.

I believe he has 4 toes, but I'll have to check when I see him tonight

Awesome, thanks for sharing. Looks like they do have a lot of color options, the site I was looking at didn't have the mottled standard cochins, although they do have some splash / blue ones. I'll have to do some looking for different ones around my area.
