That comb type is very common in any Single /Pea comb crossing and that color pattern is common on a lot of breeds and crosses.

My guess is Partrige orpington (a heavy breed and that would put the red on the shoulders like that) mixed with black australorpe or Jersey Giant (since I can't see the bottoms of his feet). All are heavy breeds and have straight combs with red earlobes. The orpington has slate legs while the australorpe and the Giant have black legs.
