what breed is this rooster

my rooster I thought he might be a RIR but I think he's colouring to light but then he is to dark to be an New Hampshire!!

Please let me know what you think all comments are welcome

Thank you very much a friend of mine bought him and two hens from a pet shop last year but couldn't look after them so I took them in the chicks of this rooster that have grown up lay beautiful large brown eggs.He is also very aggressive.

this is a chick i bought it's supposed to be a RIR X Buff oprington but I'm not sure can you help me?he/she is 12 weeks old
below:also a pic of him with a blue australorp and another one that was supposed to be a australorp but looks like some sort of cross between an australorp and something else.
