What breed is this rooster?

Cochin cross, and that is not a foot deformity-it looks like the beggings of scaley leg mites (knemodokptic mites)<- spelling?

I say its def a cochin cross and from what I can see his feet look fine...

He looks like a birchen cochin to me, the feed store here got several from a hatchery this year. He looks like he might have scaly leg mites.

It really depends on where you bought him from.

If he is from a hatchery, he is probably a pure cochin...just a poor representation of a pure breed.

If you bought him from a backyard breeder, he may very well be a cross. However, in my opinion, he just looks like a pet quality cochin rooster, possibly a mixed color. He could almost pass as a gold birchen, but he has too many light feathers in too many wrong places.

I my self told my aunt he looked like a cochin cross. He is just from a friend of my aunts with all kinds of chicks so he may very well be mixed.

His feet are fine i just think it may be the picture plus he was kind in the process in sitting down in this picture. Thanks everyone for guessing I do too think he may be a cochin mix.
