What breed is this Rooster?

We named him Hawk because he looked like a baby hawk as a chick. He is also available for adoption along with three Buff O. 3-month old roosters. I don't know how chicken breeds work, if this rooster fertilizes Buff O eggs are the chicks still Buff O?
