Your bird looks like a Dutch Bantam mix to me, too. As Bantamlover21 stated, he doesn't fit any recognized Dutch Bantam color (at least here in the United States- where they originated in Holland there are many more varieties).
Alternatively, he could be a hatchery-quality Dutch Bantam, which are often mixed with Old English Game or other breeds. Hatchery birds don't tend to fit the breed standard all that well. But, that doesn't mean he isn't a great rooster! He is very pretty, even if he isn't a purebred.
