what breed is this rooster?

I'm thinking of getting an older rooster for my hens since my hens are terrified of our 8 month old coockrel, I came across a beautifull rooster on Craigslist and was wondering what breed he may be?

That's a good observation; perhaps he's a Silver Duckwing Dutch Game rooster then.
