What breed is this they were in a mix with other chicks are these

Hoover's hatchey the others were brown and white these were just white

Can't make out comb type from current pic. Comb type is a key clue.

White Plymouth Rock is one consideration, apart from other's already mentioned.. that is also known to be carried by Hoover's. They don't carry Rhode Island White's or white Wyandotte that I saw either.. making it easy to rule those out even without seeing comb.

Clean face, clean yellow legs, 4 toes.. are all clues.

Ear lobe color.. can help determine difference when body type or other clues aren't forth coming.. but usually not easy to tell at this age.
 
From what Hoover's carries, very likely an Amberlink or White Leghorn. That being said, typically I don't want to make assumptions online but that chick looks a bit sickly and pale. Definitely research a bit into coccidiosis if you haven't already and if the chicks are frequently hunched like this! :)
