The Poultry Judge said he is a cross between breeds. But he made a comment on your hen as well.what i mean the rooster
A "cross" is when the hen is one breed and the rooster is another breed. They can be called "mutts" or "barnyard mixes" too. Nothing wrong with that...some of them are quite beautiful, as are yours. But for showing purposes they aren't usable for "fitting" into a category if you ever desire to show chickens.
