I'm sorry to hear that. Sex link hens can start really young. Something I have done with my chicks is to add in some scratch grains at about 2-3 months to cut their protein and slow down their maturity. I personally don't want mine laying too early as I think it causes troubles such as you experienced. I also don't keep sex link hens due to their troubles with laying that they seem to have more often. Sorry again.
 
This was young. Sex Links usually start from 18-20 weeks, but are you sure of her age? Were you feeding grower feed? She might have not had enough calcium or maybe not enough protein since you were feeding fruits & vegetables. I never give many treats of any kind until the birds are 16-18 weeks. Growing birds need all the nutrition they can get. Hope you have better luck with the rest.
