These two are the parents of my rooster.

The rooster you posted about is "Splash", meaning he has two copies of the Blue dilute gene. The rooster you posted as his parent has a black chest and tail. No Blue gene present. He is not the father. Your bird also has yellow legs. The white skin of both suspected parents is dominant over yellow. You are mistaken on the parentage.
The hen posted is an Old English game bantam, and she does have a Blue gene.

I understand exactly what you are saying but Im 100% sure that those are the parents of him. Reason why is because they are the only chickens that I have in my area and another is because the hen actually hatched him and his siblings in my backyard. His siblings have been sold but one of the ones that was sold which turned out to be a rooster looks just like the rooster I am showing you to be the father. Its very confusing.

There must be another rooster in the area. The one picture can not be the father of the bird in question. Simply not genetically possible. Hens can be fertilized by multiple roosters.
