What breed is this?

I have this chick who has five toes on one foot and the other has 4 toes. I think it has Silkie because it has black skin. Does anybody know what kind of mix it would be? And what gender?

Silkie mix, wouldn't be a pure Silkie do to its regular feathering and straight comb. Cute little booger .
