I got 3 chicks in June, thinking they were a breeding trio of Mille Fluer D'Uccles. Two of them (one cockerel and one pullet) look exactly like they should but the third is distinctly different. What breed do you think this is (first pic, dark neck feathers)? It is similar in size to "standard" chicks the same age, considerably larger than these two bantams. I have also attached pics of the 2 "correct" chicks. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Yes, but one of my hens lay very light brown.

It is a bit early, but in my opinion I think pullet.

That's a buff brahma. If they ate all the same age, I would guess them not to be full grown, because the Millie's haven't got all their white spots yet. I might guess cockerel on the brahma.

Well in case anyone is following this thread, the little buff brahma chick, that I was hoping was a female, "crowed" at me! It was so cute, and pathetic, at the same time!
