What breed is this?

With our GLWs and SLWs, (not show-quality, of course) I've often seen that first feathering come in kind of wonky. Especially for roos, but for some of our ladies, too. I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if the next molt brings out more classic GLW feathering.
 
The lacing on the body is just one "off" chatacteristic.....the hackle feathering is another. .... to have solid black hackles is pretty off for a lacedd wyandotte, even of poor quality

Agreed.
No way even the poorest quality gold laced would have that birds pattern.
