Just going to have to wait on these. So many breeds come in white. I don't think they are CornishX though.

Straight run often are all males....

Straight run means luck of the draw. You can get all females or all males, but are likely to get something approaching even numbers.

I realize straight run is supposed to be as hatched, but have seen posts suggesting that some hatcheries send stores their unwanted cockerels labeled that way. I shouldn't have been so cynical! I bought 2 straight run bantams and both are pullets, and i got 5 straight run Spitzhaubens and 3 are females.

Either that, or people (who know what they are doing) pick out the females, leaving the males.
