What breed is this?

So far looking like a Welsummer to me. White earlobes would indicate Brown Leghorn, but I'm having a dumb moment and not exactly sure when those begin developing.

If She Develops Red Earlobes, Than She's A Welsummer, But If She Develops White Earlobes, She's A Brown Leghorn
