Are these australorps, and with they become all black as they grow up?

Where did you get them from? There's a couple in there I'm not sure about, like the one at the bottom left with white on it's wings. But there are some in there that do look like they are Australorps. Some of mine looked like that as they feathered out, the cockerels especially looked kind of spotted when their feathers were coming in. This is the day I got mine, some of them were 2 weeks and some were 3 weeks.

I bought them from a friend. Yeah some of mine look like yours. What happend with the spotted ones? Are they now all black?

Mine are 10-11 weeks now, the ones in that picture are all black now, except for 1 errant white wing feather. Those three were all cockerels, the pullets (not pictured) are all black.

I got an ok picture of them today, I put them in here while I was getting their "see but don't touch" area ready. The one up front in the second photo is the only one of the spotty ones I still have. Pretty sure he's going to be a late blooming cockerel. Don't mind the one with the funky head feathers (I knew she was mixed when I bought her) or the Barred Rock.

Pure breed alustrop is black with a green tint to them. There legs are solid black as well. My babies was black and had a white spot on there head but when they got there feathers they didn't have any white. When they got older I seen the green tint coming in on there feathers. ^.^ they are very beautiful and nice birds.
