Thanks for your input everyone! Yep, everyone but the Cochin is a dude. It is pretty apparent now.But I did learn my lesson! I have a little lady the same age as my Cochin coming to be her friend for now.

I do see a probable Silver Laced Cochin Hen in the 1st pic... That should be pretty...

She is the only friendly one! It all makes sense now...
