It could be several breeds. Off the top of my head I would think a polish? There are lots of crested breeds.
Its a gorgeous bird! Love the creamy feathers!

No, I think it is a CCLB mix.
Polish have different looking crests, with vaulted skulls.
That looks like a CCLB mix for sure to me. I would guess it is a Super Blue Egger, which is a CCLB >

Crossed with a Leghorn.>

Or a California White.
