What Breed is This?

Hi BYC,
I got these 3 beautiful bantams about 6 months ago at point of lay, and I cannot for the life of me remember what breed they are! They look a little like Australorps but they only lay about twice a week (white-light brown eggs). They are very docile and don't mind being carried or anything! I also had another one of these chickens of the same breed that was grey and black but it was killed. I don't think they are cross-breed but I could be wrong. Does anyone have any ideas?

Where did you get them? First one looks like a langshan bantam.
