Possibly a Silver Grey Dorking. Does is have 5 toes on each foot? If not, it might be a Silver Leghorn, but leg color looks wrong for that.

Could it be a hatchery blue orpington, maybe mixed with a leghorn? The legs look white like an orpington...just a wild guess.

Leghorns were bred for production, so broodiness has mostly been bred out of them. It's very unlikely she will go broody.
