Wondering what breed this is. We received her in an assortment of brown egg layers in April. She's the only one that looks like this and I just can't figure out what breed she is!

Maybe splash Australorp? Is she a constant layer? She's definitely a blue/black/splash bird, so that will narrow it down a little.

She hasn't started laying yet. We got quite a few black Australorps in the assortment and she does have the same shape, so that makes sense.

Looking at their stock, could also be an Orpington. Theirs don't seem to have the typical 'beach ball' look of the ones here. Ours are a real caricature of a chicken. Australorps would be better layers.
