Just looked them up..guess we just called them blue wyandottes..left the splash out.

We called them blue laced back when I had them..never heard of a splash wyandotte.

Blue is a black dilute gene. When heterozygous it dilutes black to blue, and when homozygous dilutes black to splash.

On a red laced Wyandotte, when you add one blue gene you get blue laced wyandottes, when you add two blue genes you get splash laced wyandottes
