I’d have to agree with this. TSC EE’s usually look just like your chicks above.

That would be really funny because I asked for Easter eggers an they told me they didn't have any that week.

I agree, they do not match the most common Easter Egger appearance (like wanna-be Ameraucanas). But hatcheries have been breeding quite a few kinds of Easter Eggers that look different, so appearance is not always helpful.

Even then, not many EE’s from TSC (in my experience) lay colored eggs.

I would say they are EE’s. Easter Eggers are just mixes so a lot of them will look very different that the usual TSC EE.

It works really well one way (colored eggs proves that they are Easter Eggers), but not so well the other way (brown eggs do not prove anything.)
