We bought what was supposed to be a Prairie Bluebell baby chick and this is what she grew up to look like but she is laying a light to medium brown egg. Any guesses on what she might be?

Hmm, okay. No breed really comes to mind that look like her. She could just be a Prairie Bluebell that doesn't lay blue eggs.
Does this happen? I have a Prairie Bluebell and I’m afraid she may be the one laying light brown eggs. If so, what a disappointment as I got her for her blue eggs. I guess I should have researched a little more. 😞

Yes, it can and does happen, although it’s not too too common.
I’m sorry to hear your girl may not be laying blue!

Do you have any others that could be laying brown?
I have a 2 year old Black Astralorp. I will attach a pic of one of her eggs with the one in question. The one in question has a brown circle area and it’s the 3rd I’ve had like it.
I have 2 5-month Polish but their eggs should be white. I have a 5-month Lavender Orpington but I don’t think she is laying. She’s not squatting. The second picture isn’t quite the same but does have the darker area That one is from yesterday First is 2 weeks ago IMG_6198.jpeg IMG_6593.jpeg

That could be your Australorps egg, a change in egg color and quality happens and those two egg don't look too different. Unless you're getting that egg and your Australorps too, in the same day.
How does your Orpington look? How are her comb and wattle size and redness? Not all pullets will squat for you, I've found that most of mine haven't.
