I think the coloring is wrong for Splash. It looks like some kind of black-and-white pattern.Looks like a Splash Marans or mix.

I would almost think it is a Delaware, except that Delawares should have yellow feet with no feathers on them.
I'm not seeing any foot feathers. Are you seeing lots of feathers or just a few tiny ones? If there are tiny ones, I could easily have missed them.

I'm guessing all are mixed of some sort. Possible Marans in there.
