I think the coloring is wrong for Splash. It looks like some kind of black-and-white pattern.

I would almost think it is a Delaware, except that Delawares should have yellow feet with no feathers on them.

I'm not seeing any foot feathers. Are you seeing lots of feathers or just a few tiny ones? If there are tiny ones, I could easily have missed them.

OP has multiple threads asking "are these Australorps?"

I'm guessing all are mixed of some sort. Possible Marans in there.

I'm not familiar, but would this be Ermine possible if not Splash?

I think I see white barring across black on some of the feathers, especially at the back end of the chicken (tail & big wing feathers). A silver-and-black pattern with white barring is pretty easy to get in mixed breeds, because of how many of the genes are dominant, and are present in lots of common chicken breeds.

Ermine involves the mottling gene, which is recessive, so it only shows if the chicken has two copies of the gene. That means it does not appear in mixed chickens unless both parents have the mottling gene. Most backyard flocks do not have that, because not many breeds have the mottling gene, and those breeds are not particularly common. Of course there are always exceptions (flocks that do have lots of mottled chickens because that's what the owner liked, bought, and kept for breeding.)

Yes, I noticed other threads by the OP. I am wondering where their chicks came from, since it looks like they have a lot of mixes but they apparently have some reason to think the chicks might be Australorps. I'm also wondering where OP lives, that they're trying so hard to find Australorps but having trouble. In the USA, it's pretty easy to just order some Australorps from a hatchery, but I know that's not true in many other parts of the world.

It's not fully barred. It's not a Malines under any stretch of imagination. It appears to be a mixed breed

True, but I thought it was a better answer than, what makes you think it's a breed? Anyway, was just trying to be polite, which is difficult for me.
