He/she is 4 weeks old and I thought I new what breed it was but now I am not so sure. I am guessing it is some kind of EE but I am so lost right now. any help would be great.

I don't think it's EE, although I have been wrong once before. It favors a Speckled Sussex except the leg color should be pink.
This little ones legs are kinda green which is the craziest thing I have ever seen. I was told it was a partridge rock at the store but I am 99% sure it is not. :(

Picked it up at a local store. Only place around here that sales them. Picked up 8 chicks (1 past away last week) and after a 3 weeks started seeing more roo's then I ever dreamed of so went and got 6 more. they are about a week old so I will have to wait and see. hoping for at least 6 pullets (out of 13) in the end but with my luck I don't see that happening lol

Looks like a Partridge Rock to me. Single comb, yellow legs, partridge-like pattern. At this point, it looks like a pullet to me, but it's early.

It is NOT an Easter Egger, not a Brahma (those have pea combs and feathered legs, folks), not an "americana" (spelled Ameraucana, if it's the true breed and not an EE type)

Where do you see Ameraucana in there? It has a single comb, yellow legs and a partridge color pattern.

Ameraucanas do not come in partridge, have only slate legs and only pea combs. I bred Ameraucanas and that isn't one. What you're seeing is the kinda-sorta color pattern of some hatchery Easter Eggers, I bet.

The post linked to below shows a partridge Rock pullet, same as the one in this thread-go look:
