I can tell ya the colour its a dark barred

That bird is not barred, that's a common coloration for juvenile plumage to go through with wild-type/partridge/quail type colorings. Those bars you see won't hold up, it's just a phase so to speak.

Too young to tell for sure, could be a random mix, Easter Egger, or another pure-breed, like a gamebird.
