x2They are very pretty and yes it looks like yours in a young cockerel and the other is a young pullet.
They are not pure Wyandotte though, they are a mix. Wyandottes have yellow legs yours are not yellow.

No offense, but this is why we need pics of the actual bird. The first pic you posted has a straight comb and white earlobes, your actual bird has a rose comb and brown ear lobes. It's those things that make a difference with breed. Agree your bird is mostly Wyandotte. He may fill out more as he matures, but he does look awful leggy and lean right now.No thats not actualy mine but thats what it looks like. Mines just a little darker.

Ok so he is only almost 4 months old, he is fed normal food with extra protien and he is free ranged. I dont really see what you guys are seeing considering he is the biggest of all eleven in his age group. No offense, but this is why we need pics of the actual bird. He's long and leggy compared to what a pure Wyandotte cockerel would look like, that's all. Somewhere in his background a lightweight breed got mixed in.Ok so he is only almost 4 months old, he is fed normal food with extra protien and he is free ranged. He's probably a Wyandotte mix. That would explain his rose comb, but also his legginess and lighter weight.Oh ok wht else do u think he could be.
