I'm leaning towards Buff Brahma, given the apparent lack of beard/muffs. However, if it has a single comb, there's potential for Mille Fleur d'Uccle or Mille Fleur Booted bantam.

Oh my I just looked it up. 9-12lbs that’s a big bird! They are pretty though.

And sweet my friend has this breed. Eat a lot if full standard too. Bantam version smaller and gentler on the feed bill but smaller eggs. So cute.

Standard Brahmas are gargantuan, that's for sure. However, yours could either be full-sized or bantam. Only way to know for sure is to gauge size as it grows.
