What breed might theses be?

Part of a Cackle Hatchery surprise. Any idea what these are? They are very active and flighty, single comb. I think there might be two breeds, as some have yellow legs and some have gray legs. Thanks!

I have not been happy with cackle. My americana i ordered was the wierdest looking thing I've ever seen. Gave him away and went on craigslist.

The ones with yellow legs I would guess are Light Brown Leghorns. The ones with grey legs may be Dutch Bantams.
