Does anyone have an idea what breed this columbian colored rooster is?

Wrong comb for a Brahma. He's a mixed breed.

Brahmas are feather legged and have a pea comb.

Light Brahma cross. His comb is a single comb mixed with a pea comb and he has light feathering on his legs. His waddles are also very large/pronounced for a pure Brahma.
