By blue cuckoo, do you mean Marans?

No. I meant blue cuckoo as in the variety, not the breed. I don't think it's a maran. If he doesn't have white in his earlobes, then he could be an old English game.

I'm not sure on his breed, either, but I'm taking a guess of Andalusian/Exchequer Leghorn/Barred Plymouth Rock Bantam/Silver Cuckoo Marans.
Couldn't tell ya' whether he's purebred or not (whatever he is, lol), but he is gorgeous!

Its a Andalusian or a Andalusian cross as for its color, it could be a poorly bred blue or it could be a mix of patterns colors.

I'm thinking an Andalusian cross, too, but instead of the traditional blue Andalusian, it could be a splash, ya' know? But something about it really makes me think it has Leghorn in it.

It's the legs and the way it stands that makes me think of leghorn gene
