What Breed of Bantam is this?

I was told that the one looking at you in the picture is a bantam but not sure what kind (I know the other is a Turken) ... can anyone help me please? Thank you!!

Silver Laced Wyandotte, cockerel. If he is small, he's a bantam. If not, he is a large-fowl (the Wyandotte breed comes in both types).

How can I tell if the others are cockerels ? What should I look for?

The boys will have pink red combs at that age, the girls will stay orange yellow for a few months.

Looks to be about the same size as the Turken, so probably not bantam. Looks like a poor quality Silver Laced Wyandotte cockerel.

Can you tell me what to look for ... you said poor quality (what makes him poor quality?) ... I am new to this breed so any help is greatly appreciated
