What breed of bantam is this?

This is why I really don't know what breed he is because their is an old English and japaneses that look a like.

Old English are white skinned and Japanese are yellow. Yours is yellow skinned. And when you add in the large upright tail and shorter legs. All factors point to Japanese in my opinion.
