What breed of chicken is this?

Hello all! I ordered 8 barred rock chickens and received 2 that were from the beginning very obviously different from the others. They are about 10 to 11 weeks old now. I have one of the non-rocks pegged as a Welsummer. I'm not sure what the other is. It has blue coloring and is beautiful. Any ideas?

She looks like an Easter Egger, some Easter Eggers have beards and muffs others don't. I have an Easter Egger with the exact same coloring but she has a beard and a muff.

You'll have more luck if you start your own thread to identify them instead of burying them in another ID thread. The picture quality would also need to be clearer in order to determine what they are.
