I also guess so.Looks like a black australorp.
I got it from butcher shop. They sold me it as a local native hen, But it dont go broody so i know its not a local breed.Australorp or mix.
From what I can see the feet are not feathered so it's either that or a black sex link. Where did you get it?
your hen is beautiful. My hens egg color is light brown and the egg is smooth. In this picture there are egg of 3 breed hen. small egg with light brown is of that hen and egg with same size but bown color is of rhode island red hen and bigger eggs are of giriraja.She's a nice, pretty hen. I have Black Marans...resembles mine a bit, too. When she lays eggs are they tan or really dark brown?
