It appears to be a Black Copper Marans.
Although it might be a black sex link...

I have never seen a hatchery produce Black Sex-links with feathered feet. Or white skin.

Not that it matters, but you posted it after the pictures of the bird in question were posted. I don't care if Meemaw identified it. If you don't know what a particular breed or variety is I find it best to listen and learn, rather than suggest things that can confuse an already puzzled OP. Need we bring up the dreaded d-word Orpingtons? lol
